Jamie’s team did a marvellous job of totally restoring our 30 year old shower recess in 5 days which included waterproofing, matching new to old tiles, new base, fittings and shower screen and removal of all old material.

I still can’t believe Amanda managed to dismantle our old bathroom including a double spa and carry it all from the first floor to the skip all by herself. I would highly recommend VBC if you're looking to have your bathroom and/or laundry remodelled. We had an extremely dated 1970s style bathroom and laundry that we were looking to remodel into a bathroom, small ensuite and laundry. VBC were certainly up to the task! They were very professional - I was nervous about removing a wall but they made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. They left the construction site neat and tidy at the end of each day, even though we weren't living there. The finished product really speaks for itself as the work just looks professional. Victorian Bathroom Company did a great job with our bathroom renovation. With only one small bathroom in the unit the occupant moved out whilst the work was underway, although a portable bathroom was offered on site. We had a couple of delays to start date with Covid, but Alex was always prompt in keeping us informed. We had our ensuite and main bathroom totally remodelled and new tiles added to our balcony floor... a 5-6 week effort with 3 months lockdown in between. Throughout this time Alex provided regular updates and helped us with all of the early design and requirements (badly needed), Jamie looked after all the project management ensuring we didn't need to worry about lining up supplies or trades (difficult with supply chain issues but seamless to us), Mark re-built our ensuite floor (which was in very bad shape to start with) and Adam and Rob turned the empty shells back into (what we believe) are now great looking bathrooms! We're very happy with the finished results, built with meticulous quality and great care... they even tidied up at the end of each day. We highly recommend VRC who may not be the cheapest but are arguably the best value for money.

If you are looking for a bathroom renovation you cannot go past VBC. We enlisted VBC to renovate our two ensuites and our main bathroom. The attention to details and the quality of their work is second to none. In all three rooms they had to remove the step into the shower this was huge task which they did brilliantly. With JT and Adam dismantling the existing rooms, JT doing a fantastic job with the tiling, Adam with the fitting out and Jamie also with the tiling everything went smoothly. They were spot on with their timing of the entire project and left each room and the outside work area spotless. I have absolutely no problems recommending VBC for any bathroom renovations. We have also used VBC for renovations to our laundry, again another superb job, completed on time and to budget.

Straight from the help given by Alex & Jamie at their showroom with product selection and advice regarding the job itself we knew we had found the right people to trust with our renovation which - with the number of the choices out there - can be a little daunting. I can't recommend them too highly, exactly what you need when looking to renovate, on budget, on time and great finishes.

The Victorian Bathroom Company has helped us out with a significant shower leak problem. We have found them all - the two Jamies, John, Adam and Alex - to be fantastic to deal with, in particular Jamie 2 who did the bulk of the work on our shower. We have found VBC to be prompt, knowledgeable, value for money and very, very good at their job. If/when we ever decide to renovate the bathroom, we would go straight to them. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and thank them so much for their help.

Tom, Dan and Jamie did a full bathroom renovation for me. The bathroom was finished on time and to a high standard. The guys were polite and tidy, cleaned up each day and did a thorough clean up upon finishing up. I got a few quotes for my renovation and VBC were much more reasonable than the others. I definitely didn't sacrifice quality for price though.

What a great choice I made to have Victorian Bathroom Company renovate my tired and drab bathroom. So good a job they did I got them in later to do the same to my laundry ,toilet and 2 hallways. VBC arrived at our property with a positive attitude from the beginning. They tranformed an empty shell of what was a bedroom into a family bathroom and a separate ensuite. All within 3 weeks. Jamie was genuinely apologetic when they ran 1 day over, even though we had diverged quite a bit from the original plan. The finish is exemplary. If you're lamenting the lack of quality trades, let Jamie, Alex and their team set you straight. Now if they'd only branch out into kitchens...

A very well deserved 5 Stars. Jamie and his team are extremely professional and did outstanding work on my new bathroom and laundry. They are also very reasonable price-wise compared to other bathroom re-modellers I have used in the past. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Cannot speak highly enough of Jamie and his professional team. He delivered on his promise! Helpful, courteous and high level workmanship. Probably the worst kind of job for them - replacing a shower and hand basin with general bathroom maintenance. You would not have even known they were there! No mess, no problems. All done and delivered within the time frame with helpful advice along the way!

I am extremely happy with the recent work of VBC at my home. A technically difficult job creating 2 completely separate bathrooms in the space of my one existing bathroom, working with tight spaces and shapes. VBC are an innovative, highly skilled and professional company, happy to go the extra mile to ensure your requirements are met. From first contact Alex, Jamie, Adam and team were friendly and approachable, and always punctual. The brief for our bathroom and en-suite renovation included a dog washing station (bathroom) and two decorative wall mosaics (bathroom and en-suite). VBC renovated our bathroom and en-suite to a very high standard, created an awesome dog bath, and installed the mosaics perfectly. We are thrilled with our new en-suite and bathroom, and our pups are happy splashing in their bath.

Jamie and his team did an amazing job renovating my ensuite bathroom. It was refreshing to find tradesmen who were skilled, efficient and respectful of my property. I work full time and was able to leave them to work on the bathroom without me being present. They were punctual, clean, tidy, helpful and the workmanship, especially the tiling, was flawless. I look forward to using them again, whether it be my second bathroom or if I had a plumbing issue. I wish I could say that my previous experiences with tradesmen were as positive.

I do not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his Team. was attracted to the family business feel that Victorian Bathroom Company had, and that proved correct. I had heard a lot of horror stories about some of the questionable operators in the bathroom repair and renovation business and Victorian bathroom Company most certainly didn't fall into that category. I called Jamie and was not at all disappointed,. From the onset he was friendly and professional and that continued through the entire engagement. I was thrilled with the quality of the workmanship and particularly the attention to detail to create a first class finish. My shower base has been re-grouted and looks and drains better than it did before. The price was more than reasonable for the effort and quality delivered.

We needed a new showerscreen, new taps and re-sealing around the whole shower as it was leaking into the bathroom floor after each shower. They did such a great clean job, we were really impressed with their work. I will definitely be getting them back to do more work.

Jamie renovated a bathroom for me. The old bathroom had a leak and extensive water damage which Jamie thoroughly repaired with new timber, cement sheets and blue boards. He then fully water proofed the area, tiled shower flush to the floor (very stylish) built a shower niche, installed new vanity, shaving cabinet, toilet, shower and basin mixers, the whole lot! The job was extremely well done and Jamie was very helpful in giving me advice on style and paying attention to detail. I am very impressed with my new wonderful modern bathroom in my old style house. Jamie was very neat and clean and caused minimal disruptions during the extensive renovations. Our shower base was cracked. After trying numerous other companies that told us we needed to re-do our whole ensuite we found the Victorian Bathroom Company who very professionally replaced the shower base and returned our ensuite to its original condition. My experience with VBC from the time of getting a quote to completion of full gutting and renovation of two bathrooms and guest toilet has been excellent. This included installing undertile heating and heated towel rails. They provided a market related quote for the job and I found the structured approach and communication by Alex and Melanie leading up to signing the contract and commencing work, very helpful and professional. My family and I remained in the house during the renovations and the bathrooms were renovated sequentially over a 6 week period. Each day, Adam and his team would tidy up before leaving, minimising their intrusion on our lives. Day to day communication with Jamie Anderton (boss) and Adam was very good and similarly with Jamie (tiler) when tiling commenced. I was fairly pedantic in what I wanted and although some of my requests may have been irritating, all of the guys were willing to discuss concerns and changes I had in mind, advise me on the best options and carry out the work as agreed. Both of the Jamie's and Adam were always very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to me and my family. They worked quickly and effectively and the quality of the end result they have provide us, is excellent. We have been enjoying our renovations for 5 months now and recently I contacted Jamie (boss) to find out if he knew of someone who could help me with something small and unrelated to my bathrooms but which I couldn’t do and which would probably be more of a nuisance value to a contractor. He kindly offered the services of Adam and this has reinforced the fact that the team at VBC will go out of their way to accommodate their customers.

We recently used VBC to undertake our main bathroom and ensuite renovations. This was the first major project my husband and I had ever done, so we were a little scared as to how things would play out. We are so grateful to the team at VBC for their assistance throughout the project. From the beginning of the process, the team provided great guidance to help us make the right decisions and design for our bathrooms (quotation process). This guidance continued throughout the entire process including post renovations (with tips on painting, maintenance etc...). The quality of workmanship is wonderful. We have had so many compliments. The bathrooms look absolutely amazing. The team were extremely courteous in the way they took care of our house and cleaned up to a high standard at completion of the project. Communication throughout the process was great. From an organisation perspective, Melanie (Office Manager) arranged everything, kept in touch with us and our suppliers throughout the process and responded to any questions we may have had promptly. On-site with the team, the communication was also great. We were provided with regular updates, explanations on the process and again great responses to any questions we may have had. VBC also put us in touch with wonderful people at Reece and Beaumont to assist us with product and design selection. These connections were so helpful to us pre and post purchase.
