Our Process

The Victorian Bathroom Company makes your bathroom renovation process as simple as possible and are on hand at all times to help Create your Dream bathroom. So, here’s a summary of what you can expect from us and the process from contact to completion…

1. View Work

You’ve already started & know all about us. First, see our work and read our customer testimonials.

2. Get in Touch

All enquires must complete the easy ‘Book a Consultation’ online form.
No phone bookings can be taken.
Our quote appointments may be charged for and payment is required before the onsite visit via EFT or EFTPOS

3. Book Appointment

A few days before your selected quote date, one of our team will confirm the appointment date and time and take payment (if it’s a renovation quote).

4. Quote Appointment

During the quote appointment, we will provide expert advice & answers to all your questions about the job (This is not a commission-driven salesman).

5. Quotation Provided

Within 7-10 business days your VBC quotation/price will be sent to you via email.

6. Deposit

Upon your acceptance of the quote, a deposit payment will confirm the job as booked on your preferred start date.

7. Showroom Consultation

Book an appointment, once the deposit is processed, to have a specialist one to one consultation to select, confirm or upgrade your bathroom fixtures. Alternatively, a fee of $165+ gst is charged for a 1.5hour appointment (if the quote is not booked in).

8. Your 3D Bathroom

Using our powerful software, we can create a 3D version of your bathroom that will give you a clear picture of how the completed project will look. (There is an additional charge for this service starting from $200+ gst depending on number of rooms).

9. The Renovation

We complete all the works within the specified timescale, clean, tidy and remove all rubbish so your dream bathroom is now created and ready for use. Aaaaaaaaa……
