Client Brief
A young family, with three children, needed their bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, powder rooms and butlers renovating to serve the needs of their growing children and busy lives. The project was split in two, with the main bulk of the works carried out in phase one including the creation of a new bathroom, ground floor powder room, house bathroom, jack and jill bathroom, kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry room renovations. Keeping to a neutral palette of soft greys, black fixtures and prime oak cabinetry, the wet rooms worked seamlessly with the aesthetic of the home and practical features such as polymarble shower bases, niches, inset mirror cabinets and back lit mirrors will ensure these spaces have longevity and style for many years to come. Our cabinet maker and local stone masons were engaged to meet the requirements of the the client’s kitchen cabinets and benchtops, creating an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and the adjoining laundy and butlers pantry allowing the kitchen to stay clutter free and a space to entertain. The smaller phase of the project was commenced after part 1 was completed, and this included the renovation of a further two powder room spaces with full floor to ceiling tiling and classic black fixtures.
