Jamie is the Company Director, Registered Building Practitioner (Limited) and Licensed Plumber. (VBA DB-L 46940 / Plumbing Licence No: 107470)
With over twenty-one years’ experience in building, plumbing and tiling he is a specialist in bathroom renovations and installations. Jamie takes great pride in his work and is admittedly a perfectionist and neat freak – something he instills in the team!
Excellent customer service skills and his wealth of knowledge in the field mean that customers can be assured that he will give them the best advice, explain all stages of the work and deliver in creating your dream bathroom.
Most days you can find Jamie answering questions and helping people with their renovation projects – both on and off site.
He’s mostly known for his obessive need for clean and tidy worksites.
The things he’s most passionate in life are his family, children, dog and anything that goes fast!
When he’s not busy running the VBC you can (try) to catch him driving his race car at the track.
Adam is the Victorian Bathroom Company’s Site Manager who has been with the team for over seven years. A qualified Carpenter with over fifteen years on the tools, he is always on hand to give our customers the best advice. It’s a pleasure having Adam on site and his skills and love of the job will make your bathroom renovation a breeze.
Most days, you can find Adam working on your dream bathroom and co-ordinating the trades team!
The things he’s most passionate about in life are his family and his dogs.
And, when he’s not busy working in your bathroom or laundry you can find him watching the Tigers (win?!).
Our Business Manager and Senior Showroom Consultant Alexandra is co-founder of the Victorian Bathroom Company. Our clients’ main point of contact, Alexandra has over 10 years of renovation industry knowledge behind her and loves working with clients to create something really special.
A mother of 2 kids, 1 cavie dog and 2 rescue cats, Alexandra loves spending time with the family at the beach, walking, trips away and playing board games.
We employ a small and select group of skilled and qualified trades to work on our projects. These range from plasterers, to tilers, electricians and painters.
Our onboarding process ensures that our trades are not only experienced but follow our direction and are always clean and respectful in our clients homes.

Our team of Licensed Plumbers, Tilers, Waterproofers, qualified Carpenters and Plasterers means that we can provide a fully comprehensive bathroom renovation service. We also employ our tradesmen on a full time basis, ensuring our bathroom team are all trained and maintain our high level of customer service.
Unlike some large, and national, builders the Victorian Bathroom Company are a unique bathroom renovator due to our family-run business ethics and personal commitment to the customer.
